RETURNS

We want you to love your dog&boy design, however, if it’s not love at first sight when you receive your item we are happy to assist with an exchange or return. 

 All exchanges and returns are processed via our online returns system here.

Unless an item is faulty, you are responsible for the postage costs for refund or exchange. dog&boy are not responsible for any return item until received by us, and we, therefore, recommend a registered tracking mail service.

dog&boy are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

EXCHANGE

You can exchange an item via our returns page here and follow the prompts.  

You are responsible for the return postage costs to exchange an item. dog&boy are not responsible for any return item until received, and we recommend a registered tracking mail service to ensure secure delivery.

RETURN/REFUND

No refunds on sale items. We are happy to exchange for you.

We will gladly offer a refund on full-price items within 14 days of delivery (30 days for international orders).

To process your return, go to our returns page here and follow the prompts.  Returned items not submitted via our returns page will not will not be accepted.

Returned items must be unused, unworn and unaltered, with original packaging and all tags attached. Any returned item that is damaged, worn or altered will not be accepted.

Once the returned item has been received by dog&boy, we will advise you by email.  Refunds are processed to the same method of original payment and processed within 2-4 business days.

There are no refunds for the purchase of gift vouchers/cards.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

It's rare, but it does happen!  We want you to feel confident we will assist you with return/exchange on any genuine faulty items.

To report and return a faulty item, please process via our returns page here.  You will need to provide some photo images to help explain the fault.

Any postage costs associated with a faulty item will be reimbursed by dog&boy.
