dog&boy offers click & collect and ships free worldwide*

If you are located in a gorgeous but slightly out of the way corner of the world and want to ensure you can receive delivery, please email dog&boy before placing your order.
Upon fulfilment of your order, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number.
Signature on delivery is available at checkout at a small charge additional for Australia.
Orders are shipped next business day in most instances.
dog&boy is not liable for the loss or damage to any parcel tracked and delivered by its shipping providers.


CLICK & COLLECT

If you're based in Melbourne or travelling through, we offer click and collect from our South Melbourne studio.

At checkout select pick-up, we will contact you within 2-4 business days for collection. Click & collect is free of charge, and you'll get the opportunity to meet one of the fabulous team members at dog&boy.


DELIVERY TIME (from date of order)

Australia - 3-7 working days
New Zealand - 7-10 working days
Rest of the world - 7-10 working days

Should your item not arrive within the estimated delivery times, please email dog&boy quoting your order number.


SHIPPING TO AN INTERNATIONAL ADDRESS

Orders shipping internationally to an alternative address to the billing address of the customer are CHARGED IN THE CURRENCY OF THE SHIPPING ADDRESS.

This is a limitation of the online system and cannot be changed. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Please contact dog&boy directly if you wish process an order manually in your local currency and ship internationally.  

International shipping charges apply per our shipping policy.


CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Shipping of international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by local customs office.

Shipping from dog&boy does not include any duties or taxes that may be applicable in the country of shipping address.

dog&boy takes no responsibility for any customs duties, taxes or other fees that may be imposed by the recipient country. This is the responsibility of the customer/recipient.

dog&boy cannot assist in matters relating to custom duties and importation taxes and fees.
