1. REGISTER FOR COLLECTION
Go online and book your collection here.

2. GATHER UP YOUR UNWANTED ITEMS
Collect your old, unwanted or damaged clothes. Ensure all shoes are in pairs. No underwear or bras please!

3. BOOK YOUR PICKUP
Pack your items into a box or secure package, simply book your collection through the link in your confirmation email.

4. LEAVE IT TO UPPAREL
Upparel's team will book your collection within 48 hours, they will send you a label to print which is attached to your package.
A courier will then drop by and they will do their job of recycling or repurposing your items.
Just de-clutter your wardrobe and pack up to 10kg into a box, and have it collected at a small cost of $35. As an added bonus, we will reward you with a $35 dog&boy gift voucher to spend on any full-priced item online!
