We want you to love your dog&boy design, however, if it’s not love at first sight when you receive your design we are happy to assist with a return or exchange.

Free return/exchange within Australia only. Valid for 1 return/exchange only per order. Additional return/exchange is at customer expense.

Items marked as clearance, sale and/or sample sale are not eligible for free returns. Return postage is at customer expense. We recommend tracked postage - dog&boy is not responsible for goods lost in transit. Exchange or store credit only for items marked as clearance and sale.

Due to the cost of international shipping, exchange is not currently available for international orders.

International returns incur a $40 fee deducted from the original payment amount.

Returned items not submitted via our returns form will not will not be accepted.

Returned items must be unused, unworn and unaltered, with original packaging and all tags attached.  Any returned item that is damaged, worn or altered will not be accepted. When the returned/exchange item request has been received, we will advise you by email within 2 business days.

We offer a refund on full-price items only within 30-days of order. This includes items purchased using a discount code (i.e. Welcome 15% discount). Returned items for refund must be unused, unworn and unaltered, with original packaging and all tags attached.  Any returned item that is damaged, worn or altered will not be accepted. Refunds are processed to the same method of original payment and processed within 2-4 business days. To request a refund, please submit return request via our return/exchange form below.

FAULTY ITEMS

It's rare, but it does happen! 

To report a faulty item, please submit a request via our return/exchange form below. We will respond within 2-4 business days of receipt and may request photo images to help explain the fault.

Sample sale items are sold as is and are not deemed faulty - not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.
